Candidate Information Packs are now available from the DHB offices at 19 Lambie Drive, Manukau City and from the electoral office at Level 8, 92 Albert street, Auckland (or by phoning 09 973 5212 or 0800 922 822 or by emailing dale.ofsoske@electionservices.org.nz).
Nomination Forms
The candidate
Nomination Paper is also available from one of the following locations:
Counties Manukau DHB office at 19 Lambie Drive, Manukau City;
the Auckland Council website; or
the electoral office at Level 8, 92 Albert street, Auckland (or by phoning 09 973 5212 or 0800 922 822 or by emailing dale.ofsoske@electionservices.org.nz).
The CMDHB nomination paper can also be uplifted and returned to the Manukau City Council office (Wiri Station Road, Manukau) and the Papakura District Council offices (Coles Crescent, Papakura).
